Meteor Shower Camelopardalids 24.05.2014
Did you know you can not just see meteor showers you can listen to them too ?
In the Plots below you can see the meteors as they reflect a far away radio source . This is the signal that is received .
The white dots and stripes are the Amplitude ( Volume / Intensity ) of the meteors .
The method used is known as forward - scattering , because the meteor reflects the signal from a far away transmitter to a receiver .
You can do this " little experiment " by yourself . We will post more details later on ..........
